The WID Factor presents a simple, yet profound understanding of human personality and what motivates us to do what we do.
The WID Factor Workshop helps you discover:
Each workshop starts with an online personality questionnaire which produces a personalised a 46-page WID report.
Trainers then use the WID Framework and each person’s WID report to help the team identify which centre of intelligence is favoured (the Head, the Heart and or the Gut) and how this is linked to individual need and motivations.
Once this is shared, Trainers workshop bespoke team-based solutions to enhance productivity, performance, and adaptive leadership development.
With each team member having greater knowledge of their Core Potency, WID workshops support individual and team awareness, leading to improved communication, collaboration and productivity.
Each participant receives access to the WID Learn online platform to continue to refresh their knowledge and apply new skills back in the workplace.
WID doesn't just look at behaviours, it looks behind the behaviours to core motivation, to why you do what you do. This is the key to personal freedom.
